Writing is a form of therapy for me. If I don’t write it feels like my head gets too full and heavy. I encourage anyone who is going through any kind of pain to write and release those thoughts from your head. It can be the most powerful tool for recovery and healing.

“I don’t know what I think until I write about it.” ― Joan Didion

I’m here if you ever want to write me an email, I’d love to hear from you. If you want to read more of my other writing, you can check out my published articles.
